Menus and views play a complimentary parts in the web site design. A menu structure is designed to order content in a logical way, while views are perhaps better suited to more dynamic data, such as latest changes, forums and news.

The vocabularies and terms used to facilitate searching are a mixture of fixed (multilevel) tagging and free tagging, where users can provide additional terms to characterise their articles. terms provide an alternative way to link pages by topic, which may otherwise appear in parts of the menu.
