SoSLUG document review process

Anyone with the mimimum privileges of authenticated user can create a new document (either a page or book content type). In doing so they will trigger a (tokenised) email to the administrator/moderators. The initial workflow review state is Draft. The Drupal default publishing states for both Book and Page are unpublished.

There may come a point when a menu has become to large and unwieldy to manage and needs to broken into a number of smaller sub menus. Each chunk in the original menu then has to be moved to its new menu location

One of the aims of the website is to promote all things Linux, and Open Source technology. The site content therefore is a reflection of members interests, and in this respect is free format, meaning articles can be about almost anything. The wiki pages, howto sections, and the tutorial (e.g. webstyle) portions of site, deal with more specific subjects and so their content can be easily slotted into a menu structure.
